Social Opportunities-WISH with Impaired
Sight and Hearing Social Group

W.I.S.H. (With Impaired Sight-Hearing) is a monthly social group that provides opportunities for consumers to use new communication skills and participate in a broad range of activities.  Examples include large print/Braille Bingo, card games, holiday celebrations, and community outings such as trips to the zoo, museum, and more.

Community volunteers and students from local interpreter training programs assist with interpreting and guiding.

W.I.S.H. is open to any individual who is deaf-blind, family members, friends, and other interested community residents.

If you would like to see what W.I.S.H. is doing this month, please visit our events page.  You may also sign up to receive event notices via e-mail or through traditional postal services by calling or sending your contact information to W.I.S.H.

If you would like to volunteer, please contact
Paulette Bartelt or Nancy Parey.
